Undergraduate tuition for the academic year 2007-2008 is $35,584, and room, board and fees are $11,892. The total cost is $47,476.

Financial Aid

Brown provides 100 percent of the demonstrated financial need for all aided students who matriculate. Forty-three percent of the undergraduate student body receives need-based financial aid. The average financial-aid package for the class of 2010 was $30,670.

With the matriculation of the class of 2010, all domestic undergraduates admitted as freshmen at Brown were admitted under the University's need-blind admission policy.
